maybe lets put it this way.
to be considered a paedo, you gotta be above 20, and like a girl
below 14.
maybe some will call it love, but i think it also depends on what
the guy is actually looking for. 
frankly speaking, i find it hard to believe that there will be 20+
and abvoe people who'll like a girl as a partner who is 14 and
below.
there're a few rare cases yes, but generally speaking i
guess.
